Current Workflows uses GoHighLevel (HighLevel) as its primary CRM, communications, automation, and service platform.
GoHighLevel may process information on Current Workflows’ behalf to provide platform functionality, including storing and managing contact information, conversations, forms, automation workflows, and communication records. The platform can support SMS, email, calls, and appointment scheduling capabilities, although Current Workflows does not currently use appointment booking.
HighLevel describes its role as a data processor when processing customer personal data on behalf of its customers.
Current Workflows uses GoHighLevel only as necessary to provide and manage its services and communications. GoHighLevel's own privacy and data-processing terms may also apply to its processing activities.
Current Workflows currently does not intentionally use other third-party marketing, advertising, tracking, or analytics tools in connection with the services described in this Privacy Policy.
